She’s had surgery to create fingers and a thumb on her right hand.
She asked for an arm that was painted like the droid R2-D2 after being inspired by a boy who had a similar arm. She raised $14,000 to pay for it and caught notice of "Star Wars" star Mark Hamill, who shared her link to his social media followers, CNN reported.
But the dream didn’t end with just the delivery of her new arm: She got a call from Luke Skywalker himself.
Hamill chatted on a video call with Isabella after her arm was delivered. For 30 minutes she showed him the arm and they spoke. He also surprised her with passes to Walt Disney World, the parent company of Lucasfilm.
Isabella hopes to ride a bike and swing on monkey bars now that she has the prosthetic, CNN reported.
