2. Louisiana flooding: Heavy rains have led to historic flooding across Louisiana, killing at least six and leading to the evacuation of more than 7,000 people across the state. Officials are warning residents in Livingston Parish that floodwaters could continue to rise on Monday.
3. Robbed in Rio: Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte and three others on the U.S. team in Rio were robbed at gunpoint early Sunday. The group was returning to the Olympic village when the taxi they were riding in was stopped by men wearing police uniforms. The men pulled guns on the swimmers and ordered them to get down on the ground. Lochte refused, according to reports, and one of the men put a gun to his head. The men stole money and wallets from the group.
4. Shooting in Milwaukee: A man who was shot and killed by police in Milwaukee this weekend had a loaded gun when he turned toward an officer as he was being pursued. Sylville Smith's death was met with violent protests Sunday after he was killed following a traffic stop. According to police, Smith ran after being stopped, then turned toward officers with a gun in his hand. Police shot and killed Smith, 23. Gov. Scott Walker activated the National Guard on Sunday after the protests continued. An 18-year-old was shot Sunday, and a police officer was hit by a rock.
5. Hello, It's not me: Adele told an audience in Los Angeles over the weekend that she would not be performing at the 2017 Super Bowl halftime show, a statement that came as a surprise to the NFL who said it never asked Adele to perform. The singer told her audience that she had turned down the offer to star in the halftime show because it was "not about music."

Files from the FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server may be going to a U.S. House oversight committee as early as this week, according to Fox News. The House made a formal request for the file in July. No charges were filed against Clinton for using a private server for government business, although FBI director James Comey said investigators found at least three emails that were in some way marked classified.
