Hill said she fought the woman to get away from her son. Hill's boyfriend held the woman until police arrived, police said.
Elizabeth Hixon was arrested and faces burglary charges, WCMH reported.
Police said Hixon entered the home through an unlocked door, and she told them she found the boy outside the home and was caring for him, WCMH reported.
Hixon is free on bond, and the Franklin County Prosecutor's office is reviewing the case, according to WCMH.
