The arrest followed a high-speed chase that started after a suspected theft at Walmart Supercenter, 1701 W. Dorothy Lane, and ended at railroad tracks near the Great Miami River Recreational Trail.
A 17-year-old female was arrested for theft and receiving stolen property, police said. A 10-year-old boy was released to his guardian.
Police said the 17-year old drove the car away from Walmart, before Davis took over driving and began firing.
The weapon and the car — both recovered — were reported stolen out of Dayton. No one was injured in the chase, police said.
