Ortiz said Las Margaritas will serve authentic Mexican dishes as well as Tex-Mex fare. It will focus on margaritas, with specials and a variety of flavors and specials.
The new restaurant will seat about 84 and will employ about 10, Ortiz said. Plans call for extending the restaurant’s existing bar prior to opening, he said.
