New GM Parts Warehouse Opened In Trotwood

A new General Motors parts warehouse has opened in Trotwood.

G.M. officials started training workers at the facility Monday.

It's a 30-million dollar, 10-acre auto parts warehouse. Workers will receive parts from domestic producers, repack the material and ship by truck or rail to a seaport for overseas use.

A full production, the warehouse will employ 194 hourly workers, 36 salaried employees and some contract workers.
