Four new retailers are set to open in The Greene Town Center in Beavercreek.
Ulta Beauty, J. Crew Mercantile, World of Beer and Mattress Firm were announced as soon-to-be tenants at The Greene. Ulta Beauty is set to open this summer, according to The Greene’s website.
Ulta Beauty features 20,000 beauty products across 500 brands, as well as a full-service salon. The company claims to be the largest beauty retailer in the United States. Nationwide, the company operates 874 retail stores across 48 states.
J.Crew Mercantile offers J. Crew products at discount prices. The store features clothing “once only available in J. Crew Factory stores. This will be the first location of J. Crew Mercantile in the Dayton area.
Olshan Properties, the retail company that owns The Greene, boasted increased leasing momentum for mixed-use properties in the past six months — including new retail tenants at the Beavercreek property.
“Compared to the first quarter of 2015, our total leasing volume based on the number of retail transactions increased by approximately 24 percent during the first quarter of 2016 and much of that activity was generated by a flurry of late 2015 deals,” said Andrea Olshan, CEO of Olshan Properties.
Officials at The Greene previously announced the opening of the World-of-Beer, and the construction of the 10,000-plus-square-foot building is set to be finished this year. Steve Willshaw, general manager at The Greene, would not comment on the new store openings.
