Officials Release Name Of Woman Who Died In Pond

Officials with the Montgomery County Coroner's Office have released the name of a woman who died in a goldfish pond in Dayton in the 3400 block of Zephyr Lane on Sunday.

Shelly Thomas, 48, was found face-down in the pond by her husband.

He called 911 according to officials, and then tried CPR before crews got there.

The coroner's office said they are performing an autopsy Tuesday.
