You may hear a lot of sirens and commotion Friday morning in Middletown’s south end as Kettering Health Network and the Middletown Fire Department conduct an emergency response drill.
The health network’s emergency teams, Middletown firefighters and EMS, and a MedFlight helicopter will be part of the training between 10 and 11 a.m. at the Cohen Electronics Recycling Center, 3110 S. Verity Parkway.
Situations for training include someone who is trapped and requires emergency amputation, blood loss that cannot be controlled at the scene, or emergency administration of blood products, according to Kettering Health Network officials.
