A Marco’s Pizza in Middletown has shut its doors as it looks for a new home.
"Our lease has ended so we are forced to close and relocate," reads a sign posted on the door to the restaurant at 1300 S. Breiel Boulevard. "Until then please visit one of our other 40 Cincinnati and Dayton area locations. Visit www.marcos.com for the closest store to you."
Marco’s Pizza opened the 1,800-square-foot freestanding location in September 2012, replacing a Pizza Hut.
Store officials told this news outlet then that the new location provided greater visibility than a previous storefront at 523 S. Breiel Blvd.
