20 high school marching bands part of Miamisburg weekend contest

More than 20 local high schools are set to be part of the 2018 Miamisburg Band Invitational on Saturday.

The 1 p.m. competition at Miamisburg High School’s Holland Field will feature 22 area schools as a part of the two dozen competing both for awards both within their classes and overall, according to organizers.

Aside from Miamisburg, southwest Ohio schools set to perform include: McNicholas, Bishop Fenwick, Brookville, Greenon, West Carrollton, Northwest, Colerain, Carlisle, Fairborn, Butler, Bellbrook, Carroll, Talawanda, Northmont, Kings, Sycamore and Loveland.

Miamisburg High School is located at 1860 Belvo Road.
