Police said these two men allegedly robbed the Phillips Drugstore on East Main Street with a gun earlier this month.
Police said Harsh and Vail demanded OxyContin and then forced employees at the store into a back room before taking off.
Richmond police and Connersville police, along with SWAT team members went to Harsh’s home to arrest him. Vail was arrested while driving to Harsh’s home Tuesday.
No one was hurt during the robbery.
