Thomas Rutledge, 18, was found shot inside the home, and later died of his injuries at a local hospital.
According to neighbors, they saw a white SUV leave the home shortly after they heard the gunfire. The SUV was later found at Miami Valley Hospital with two more people who had suffered gunshot wounds.
Police said one person was taken into custody for questioning.
Sgt. Joseph McCrary said, “After the gunshots erupted, we had several subjects running out on foot. We are still gathering people that were inside the house to see what took place.”
The shooting remains under investigation.
