PSA Airlines to host career fair

PSA Airlines will host a career fair Sept. 26 for maintenance positions at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport, company officials announced.

The Dayton-based regional carrier this month announced that it would open a new, full service maintenance base at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky airport later this year.

Previously, PSA used a third party vendor at that airport to supplement maintenance being performed at its own facilities.

Headquartered at the Dayton International Airport in Vandalia, PSA is a wholly owned subsidiary of American Airlines. The company plans to add 79 new aircraft to its fleet over the next two years.

PSA hopes to attract the region’s large population of aviation professionals. Each candidate will have the opportunity to speak directly with PSA hiring managers, officials said.

PSA is looking to fill maintenance positions that include airframe and powerplant maintenance technician; stores clerk; supervisor; and managerial positions.

The career fair will be held from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. Sept. 26 at the Hilton Cincinnati Airport, 7373 Turfway Road, Florence, KY. For more information, visit the website at www.psaairlines.com/careers.
