Renovations to Wright-Patt medical center to be done in 3 phases

To improve the structural foundation of the main lobby, overhead ceiling and atrium, and to upgrade the overall appearance of the facility, the Wright-Patterson Medical Center began renovations Feb. 1. The construction will be completed in three phases and is expected to run through March 2020.

The phased approach will help minimize disruptions to patients, visitors and staff. At a minimum, four main pharmacy windows will continue to be operational for patient prescriptions during all phases of construction. Directional signs will be posted throughout the atrium to direct patients, visitors and staff to alternate restroom locations and to the main elevators.

Einstein Bagels will remain open throughout construction but will be temporarily moved within the atrium to accommodate construction.

Wright-Patterson Medical Center leadership appreciates everyone’s patience and understanding as work is done to improve the facility.
