Police confirmed that they received reports of a SP walking around with toilet paper in the same neighborhood he last struck.
“There’s a very good chance it is the same guy,” said J.C. Mosier, Precinct 1 spokesperson, told the paper.
In May, a 56-year-old man in confessed to a several “pooping incidents” in Houston backyards.
No charges were filed because the man has mental issues. Police caught him urinating in public.
