Semi Slams Into Retaining Wall On I-70 On-Ramp

Authorities said a semi driver slammed into a retaining wall on the ramp from northbound Interstate 75 to westbound I-70 on Wednesday morning.

Troopers said the driver was speeding, hit sand barrels and the trailer ended up on top of the retaining wall.

The on-ramp to I-70 was closed for about three hours.
