The chance for a few showers will remain possible during the overnight hours, Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell said.

Temperatures will hold around 70 degrees heading towards daybreak.

TUESDAY: Partly to mostly cloudy skies are expected with a chance for showers and storms as a cold front moves across the area. An isolated strong storm will be possible, mainly south and east. Temperatures will top out in the lower 80s.

WEDNESDAY: Expect partly cloudy skies and only a slight chance for a pop-up shower or storm. Highs will be in the lower 80s.

THURSDAY: A mix of sun and clouds is expected with temperatures climbing back into the middle 80s by afternoon. There will be a chance for a pop-up shower or storm.

FRIDAY: Most of our area will remain dry as weak high pressure moves across the Ohio Valley. Temperatures will top out in the middle 80s.

SATURDAY: Clouds will increase with a chance for showers and storms developing, especially by late afternoon and evening. Highs will be in the middle 80s.
