The store has more than 200,000 square feet with room for about 360 employees.
Store manage Joni Wyatt said there are about 180 more jobs with the new store than with the old. She said the store also has a full grocery complete with a deli and bakery.
The old Wal-Mart was closed for good a couple of days ago. Officials said someone has bought the building, but there is no word on what will be done with it.
