Tap shoes and a mosaic

I saw the headline about the grant for $6,500 that Franklin High School received. I live in Franklin and know that there are a variety of things that this money could be spent on, including upgrades to their sciences lab, which is why they claimed they needed a new high school. Then I read the article, only to find out they are buying tap shoes and building a mosaic. Are you kidding me? ... This principal has no business running a high school.

In response to (Franklin City Schools) Superintendent (Arnol) Elam asking for feedback as to why their bond issue failed: Perhaps he needs more math education or business classes. We property owners know the cost to us is much higher than they say. The federally issued, limited-time bonds are still taxpayers' poorly spent money. We don't like your plans or your math. You arrogant so-called educators live in a world of your own making.
