The Greene Town Center reveals new tenant

Ulta Beauty will open its third Dayton-area salon in The Greene Town Center later this year, a spokeswoman for the beauty products company confirmed this morning.

The new store will be located ay 27 Greene Blvd. directly adjacent to Nordstrom Rack, Steve Willshaw, general manager of The Greene, said today. It will open in the second half of 2016 and will employ at least 20, the Ulta Beauty spokeswoman said.

Bolingbrook, Ill.-based Ulta Beauty operates salons in the Dayton Mall in Miami Twp. and near the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek.

“This is a new store location; we will not be closing the other one in Beavercreek,” the company’s spokeswoman said.

Ulta Beauty is a fast-growing retailer and seeks to open new stores “in areas where there is easy access for our customers, and where we feel that the local residents would be open to all that Ulta Beauty offers,” the spokeswoman said.

Ulta Beauty stores offer cosmetics, fragrance, skin-care and hair-care products and other guest services.
