VIDEO: Congress honors Oregon District shooting victims during visit from Dayton officers

Congress took a moment Monday night to honor those who lost their lives in the Oregon District mass shooting.

A moment of silence was held during a visit from the Dayton officers who stopped the shooter, who were in Washington to receive Medals of Valor from President Trump.
