Surveillance video has been released in the break-in that happened around 2 a.m. Sunday. Officers arrived after receiving a burglary call from the alarm company.
According to police, there were signs of forced entry at the front door. However, there was no evidence that anything was taken from inside.
Surveillance video showed three white or light-skinned males who were wearing white hooded sweatshirts hanging out by the back door waiting for the last employee to leave. Once that employee left, it appears that one of the men went in through the front door.
Investigators said a tool that the person who entered the front had may have led them to a lead in the case.
Sgt. Charles Taylor with Huber Heights police said, “We have evidence that the tool the person was holding was sold at a Meijer store in the city.”
Taylor said police have of an individual who they are calling a person of interest who used that tool during the break-in.
