Heck said he takes responsibility for his actions last March in Fairborn and wishes he had done things differently.
Heck was pulled over for speeding by Fairborn police and then arrested for driving under the influence and possession of cocaine. In August of last year Heck was sentenced to three days in a substance abuse treatment center for driving under the influence, police said.
The judge sentenced Heck to five years community control or probation.
