This edition of WHIO Reports will focus on Dayton’s marijuana issue. Voters in the city will see it on the ballot as Issue 8 and it’s to decriminalize possession of small amounts of marijuana.
This affects only the city of Dayton. Voters outside the city will not have a chance to vote on it. This would only change local law, not state or federal law when it comes to possession of marijuana.
