Witnesses wanted in Tipp City parking lot robbery

Police in Tipp City are looking for witnesses to a robbery Sunday at noon in the parking lot of the Frisch's Big Boy Restaurant on Weller Drive.

A customer was approached and robbed by a white male wearing a black hoodie up over his head. The suspect fled on foot with the victim's billfold.
