CRAMER, David Lamar

Age 71, of Huber Heights, passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, from complications of COVID-19. He is survived by his

parents, Albert and Susanna (Burner) Cramer; his sister, Jill (Larry) Garrison; his uncle, Don Burner; cousins, and many friends. Dave was a graduate of Fairmont East High School, the University of Dayton, and received his Masters at Slippery Rock College. He was retired from the Dayton Police Dept. Dave gave back to the community for 52 years by donating blood and platelets over 250 times, equaling over 30 gallons of blood. He donated bone marrow, which saved the life of a young boy in Germany. Dave was a lifelong sports enthusiast, as a fan, player, coach, and umpire. He was recently inducted into the Greater Dayton Baseball Hall of Fame.
