Rodney was preceded in death by his parents, Claude & Elizabeth Miller; sister, Sharon Frye and her husband, Ralph. Rodney is survived by his wife, Anita L.; sons & daughters-in-law, Timothy J. & Reannin Miller of Vandalia and Stephen C. & Kasey Miller of West Carrollton; brother & sisters-in-law,
