WHIDDON, Gary Lowell

Gary Lowell was a loving husband of 49 years, father, brother, grandfather, and great-grandfather who passed away peacefully at Dayton Hospice on December 20, 2020. He was born on December 27, 1946, in Dayton, Ohio. He was a Navy Veteran, a graduate of Beavercreek High School in the Class of 1965 and an avid bowler. He is survived by his loving wife Cynthia Whiddon (Kile), son, Scott Whiddon (Wendy), daughter,

Angela Lyday (George), and grandchildren, Sierra, Mackenzie, Logan, Addison, and Ryann and two great-grandchildren

Aurora and Jack, sister, Deborah (Mark) Mason of Beavercreek, and stepsister Lisa (Dale) Boydston. He was

preceded in death by his parents Lowell Talmadge Whiddon and Carolyn Elizabeth (Zug) Whiddon, stepmother Lois Whiddon (Lynn), sister Nancy (Ronnie) Sanders and brothers Thomas Whiddon and James Whiddon, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. The family will hold a Celebration of Life when the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Newcomer Funeral Home is handling the

arrangements.
