Construction continues on The Dayton Arcade redevelopment project in downtown Dayton by Cross Street Partners, The Model Group & McCormack Baron Salazar. Recent updates include concrete pouring of "The Tank", an in the round theater on the basement level underneath the rotunda, a new roof on the Rotunda Building and the beginning of residential build outs in the Ludlow Building for The Arts Lofts at the Dayton Arcade.
