In celebration of its 54th anniversary, the company offered pizza 50% off with a coupon found in the Dayton Daily News or Reach magazine.

The company suspended the coupon requirement on Monday, July 8, in support of customers impacted by the Memorial Day tornadoes that destroyed thousands of homes in the Miami Valley.

“We had so many stories with people (customers) that were affected by the tornadoes: Englewood, North Dixie, Beavercreek and even Troy,” he said. “(Some of) those people are just displaced. They are not receiving mail or newspapers.”

Some years, the restaurant chain has offered throwback prices.
“Our customers are so wonderful,” Glass said. “It is just a thank you to our customers.”
