"We love being a part of the Oregon District," said Emily Mendenhall, owner of Lily's Bistro. "My parent's home has been on the Annual Neighborhood Holiday Tour, and we wanted to offer a way for guests who are attending the neighborhood tour to have a Victorian inspired-meal before or after the tour, and also just celebrate our historic neighborhood."

A 3-course menu starting at $25, guests can choose from the following courses on the special menu:
🍲 STARTERS (choose one)
- Oyster soup
- Biscuit duo with housemade plum jam and orange marmalade
- Beet and fresh pea salad with soft boiled egg
🥘 MAINS (choose one)
- Roast goose with savory figgy pudding, gravy, and seasonal vegetable
- Fried smelt with dill beurre blanc and potato puree
- Cast iron skillet root vegetable shepherd's pie
🍮 DESSERTS (choose one)
- Plum pudding
- Assorted macaroons
- Frumenty spiced apple porridge
"More than just a special menu, we really want people to enjoy the culture that surrounds the food," Mendenhall said. "So if you come in 'period' appropriate attire, or just show us your ticket from the Candlelight Tour, we're happy to offer you $3 off the prix fixe menu that evening.

For those interested in enjoying the special, 3-course Victorian holiday menu starts at $25 and is being served from 5-9 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 3, Tuesday, Dec. 4, and Wednesday, Dec. 5 at Lily's Bistro. The full dinner menu will be available as well. Guests with Candlelight Holiday Tour tickets or attending in "period" attire receive $3 off prix fixe prices. All tour attendees are personally responsible to arrive at the meeting house on time.
