Each four-course meal is $60, and prepared by students from the Ponitz Culinary Program at David H Ponitz Career Technology Center in Dayton.
Proceeds from the dinner will help cover the expense of a 10-day trip that culinary students plan to take to Europe in June.

Senior Keiontae Boykin said he is in the program to better his life.
“This program opens our eyes, our tastes buds,
different spices, different looks of food, he said.
“Being here as a high schooler in this program has
broadened my horizons as a young man and also
as a young chef.”

They plan to visit London, Paris, Florence and Rome.
The menu will include dishes representative of the four European culinary capitals the students hope to visit.
There will be live entertainment and a pairing menu.
“This is what it's all about for us. We feel it is a responsibility to our community to share our passion and experience in hospitality with the future dreamers and doers of Dayton,” Chris Dimmick of Table 33 said. “To help make these dreams and experiences a reality for young people who share our passion is just incredible.”
