D-II All-Ohio baseball: Area players, chosen by the OHSBCA

The following area baseball players were named All-Ohio Division II by the Ohio High School Baseball Coaches Association. Head coaches must be association members to nominate players.

Tippecanoe coach Bruce Cahill was named the coach of the year. Tipp (25-4) tied with Troy for the GWOC American North championship (13-2). Tipp also finished runner-up in the final D-II state poll. Cahill has been a head coach for 37 seasons.

Chaminade Julienne won the D-II state championship, defeating Tallmadge 2-1 at Huntington Park in Columbus last Saturday. It was the second state title for the Eagles (24-5), who also won a Class AA state championship in 1970 prior to merging with Julienne. CJ was the D-II state runner-up in 2017.
