Jagielo is a 23-year-old third baseman who hit .284 in 58 games in Double-A last season.
Davis, 22, was 6-6 with a 3.70 ERA in 19 starts in the Single-A Florida State League last season and 2-1 with a 4.32 ERA in five starts at Double-A.
Cotham, 28, has appeared in 142 games, starting 57, in six seasons in the minors. He made his big league debut in July.
Renda, a 24-year-old second baseman, hit .269 in Double-A last season.
