'Battle' of Ohio starts on Twitter between fans

Fans are already talking smack online leading up to tonight’s big Thursday night game.

The Browns, led by second string quarterback Johnny Manziel, will challenge the Bengals’ perfect record.

Manziel will fill in for an injured Josh McCown.

Several Browns fans think this change up could be exactly what they need to beat the undefeated Bengals, while their opponent’s fans still say they have no chance.

The last time Menziel took on the Bengals, the Browns lost 30-0.
