Bengals add more depth to D-line with Brown pick

The Cincinnati Bengals drafted their second defensive lineman in as many days with the selection of Virginia’sAndrew Brown in the fifth round (158th).

A defensive tackle, Brown joins Ohio State defensive end Sam Hubbard (third round) as new members of the defensive line.

A five-star recruit coming out of high school as the Gatorade National Player of the Year, the 6-foot-3, 296-pounder was a two-year starter at Virginia, recording 10.5 sacks and 26.5 tackles for loss.

According to NFLDraftScout.com, he has a history of minor injuries, including turf toe, which required surgery in 2014, an AC joint sprain in his left shoulder (2014) and right shoulder surgery (2016).
