The Cincinnati Bengals unveiled the logo they will be using to honor their 50th season and announced their plans to celebrate the anniversary during a press conference Thursday afternoon at Paul Brown Stadium.
The team is asking fans and media to vote on the top 50 players in franchise history, with the final list being unveiled prior to the start of the season. Labeled the “Bengals First 50,” those players and other legends will be honored during halftime of every home game this season.

The 50th anniversary logo will be featured throughout the season on patches the players will wear on their home and road uniforms, on the field at PBS and on the windows in the East Club Lounge facing downtown Cincinnati. There also will be three-dimensional sculptures of the logo appearing around the city, including at PBS.
Season ticket holders also will be honored with special access and recognition throughout the season.
