The Crimson White reports the Bengals' backup quarterback (along with Bengals defensive end Michael Johnson) is investing in a new restaurant called "AJian Sushi".
Looking past the name that is sure to get the attention of the PC police aside, the place is planning to offer some pretty eclectic stuff.
Ajian Sushi will maintain the traditional proteins like smoked salmon and spicy tuna, but will also provide options like the flamin' hot Cheeto roll, peanut butter and jelly roll and the banana and Nutella roll for more daring customers.
But there is bad news, at least for those of us in Ohio: It’s going to be in Tuscaloosa, where McCarron led the Crimson Tide to a pair of national championships.
Maybe it will do well enough to spawn a satellite location at The Banks.
