With the team's 50th season approaching, the Bengals have been rolling out the top 50 retired players as voted on by fans and media, and this morning the top 10 came out on Bengals.com with Munoz (1980-'92) No. 1.
He was followed by former teammate and 1981 NFL MVP quarterback Ken Anderson, nose tackle Tim Krumrie, wide receiver Chad Johnson, kicker Jim Breech, safety David Fulcher, wide receiver Cris Collinsworth, quarterback and 1988 NFL MVP Boomer Esiason, wide receiver Isaac Curtis and running back James Brooks.
Munoz was drafted by the Bengals in the first round -- No. 3 overall -- in 1980 out of the University of Southern California.

Other than Munoz, the only Bengals in the Hall of Fame are former owner/coach Paul Brown, who spent much of his career in Cleveland, and wide receiver Charlie Joiner, who spent three-and-a-half of his 18 NFL seasons with Cincinnati.
Here is the rest of Cincinnati’s top 50 list, in 10-player increments:
