Bengals, Redskins skirmish after tie

The Cincinnati Bengals and Washington Redskins both had a chance to win today but neither team could pull it off, and the frustrations of a 27-27 tie in a game featuring 22 accepted penalties spilled over as players from both squads skirmished after the final whistle.
