Bucs introduce radical uniform look

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers proudly revealed their new uniforms for the 2014 season.

The uniforms, part of the new NFL Nike Elite 51 looks, "honors the Buccaneers' rich tradition while boldly bringing the team into the future through a modern industrial design aesthetic," according to the Buccaneers' official release.

The new look brings back hints of the Bucs' original orange with a refreshed red and a larger logo on a darker pewter helmet. The numbers, which may look like digital clock numbers, but are "inspired by historical Buccaneer blade carvings." Or so claims the release.

The biggest innovation in the threads is a reflective chrome border around the numbers that is supposed to give a unique glow to the digits.

What are your thoughts of the new look?
