Burfict leaves Bengals-Redskins game with knee injury

Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict left today’s game against Washington with a knee injury in the second quarter. The team listed his return as questionable, but Burfict returned a few plays later.

Burfict injured the knee while making a tackle on Redskins running back Rob Kelley. He stayed in for one play but was unable to run to the ball on a completion to Chris Thompson.
