The Cincinnati Bengals on Monday acquired offensive tackle/guard Fred Johnson on waivers from the Pittsburgh Steelers and placed defensive end Kerry Wynn on injured reserve (concussion).

Johnson, 6-foot-7, 325 pounds, is a rookie out of the University of Florida. He signed with the Steelers as a college free agent. Johnson was inactive for the Steelers’ first five games and was waived on Friday.

Wynn appeared in the Bengals’ first two games of the season and recorded two tackles. He suffered a concussion against the 49ers in Week 2 and was inactive the last four weeks.
