Sibert played for the Magic’s summer league team in Orlando in July. In three games, he averaged 11.3 points, 3 rebounds and 1.7 assists.
The Magic, who have a new coach, Scott Skiles, open training camp Sept. 26. They play their first preseason game at the Amway Center in Orlando on Oct. 3.
