Dayton Flyers sell out 14 of 17 home games in 2019-20 season

Monday’s game vs. North Florida last one to sell out

The 10 remaining Dayton Flyers men’s basketball games at UD Arena this season have sold out.

UD announced Friday no tickets remain — other than premium seating options — for the North Florida game at 7 p.m. Monday. All nine Atlantic 10 Conference home games that follow had already sold out. There are re-sale tickets are available on Ticketmaster.com.

With 14 sellouts this season, Dayton set a UD Arena record. The previous record of eight was set last season and in 1969-70, the season the arena opened.

Dayton has averaged 13,302 fans in the first seven home games. With a sellout crowd numbering 13,407 fans, it will attract 134,070 fans in the last 10 games. That will put the average attendance for the season at 13,363, which would be a UD Arena record. Dayton set the current record of 13,018 in the 2016-17 season.

Dayton ranked 22nd in the country in men's basketball attendance (12,957) in the 2018-19 season. It is the 22nd straight season they have ranked in the top 30.

Dayton (10-2) ranks 18th in the country, though that ranking could change by the time it plays its last non-conference game Monday night.
