Youngstown tops the list, followed by Canton, with Cincinnati at No. 9 and Cleveland at No. 10, according to a study by AreaVibes.
The study was based on cities with populations of at least 10,000. Youngstown has 10.6 players, Canton 7.5, Cincinnati 5.3 and Cleveland 5.2 NFL players based on that population numbers, according to the study.
Others in the top 10 include: 3-Pittsburgh (6.5), 4-Birmingham, Ala. (6.5), 5-Miami (6.0), 6-Pensacola, Fla. (5.7), 7-St. Louis (5.6) and 8-New Orleans (5.5).
