NFL Draft: Browns take Corey Coleman

The Cleveland Browns selected Baylor wide receiver Corey Coleman with the 15th pick in the NFL Draft tonight.

The Browns traded down from eighth to 15th and made Coleman the first wide receiver selected.

The 5-foot-11, 194-pound Coleman is a two-time Biletnikoff Award winner as the top receiver in college football and a unanimous All-American in 2015.

Coleman is the Baylor school-record holder in career (33) and single-season (20) touchdown passes.

9:08 p.m.: The Cleveland Browns have traded down again, giving up the 8th overall pick in the draft to Tennessee while dropping to 15th.

Cleveland also gets the Titans’ third-round pick this year and second rounder next year.

The Browns now have 13 picks in this year’s draft after this trade and their one last week with Philadelphia that dropped them from No. 2 to No. 8.

If they stay put at No. 15, they should be making their first-round pick in the 10-10:15 p.m. range.

The Titans used the No. 8 pick to select Michigan State tackle Jack Conklin.
