The NFL fined three Cincinnati Bengals for their actions in Sunday’s 27-27 tie against the Washington Redskins in London.

Safety Shawn Williams was fined $33,424 for separate infractions. His first quarter spearing penalty against DeSean Jackson drew a $24,309 fine, and Williams was docked $9,115 for grabbing the facemask of Jamison Crowder on a 33-yard touchdown reception. The officials did not penalize Williams for the facemask at that time.

Cornerback Dre Kirkpatrick earned an $18,231 fine for his horse collar tackle of Pierre Garcon, and Marquis Flowers was fined $9,115 for an unnecessary roughness penalty at the end of a punt in the second quarter.

No Washington players were fined.
