Haskins and the Buckeyes begin preseason practice later this month.
They start the season Sept. 1 against Oregon State, and at least one projection has them as the No. 1 team in the country.
Miller is entering his third season in the NFL. He had 19 catches for 162 yards and a touchdown last season after making 15 catches for 99 yards and a touchdown as a rookie in 2016.
